Order Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as it is immediately sent into production. Each piece is made-to-order, and work begins as soon as the order is confirmed.

Return Policy – HOUSE OF SDK
All orders placed at HOUSE OF SDK are made-to-order and considered final sale. We do not offer exchanges or refunds unless the item received is defective.

Custom Orders:
Custom pieces are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they are created specifically for each client with personalized measurements and design details.

We are committed to delivering quality, and if you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Returns & Exchanges (If Approved):
In the event that a return, exchange, or adjustment is approved, all associated shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes both the cost of returning the item to us and the cost of shipping a replacement or adjusted item back to the client.
