Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs, and are encouraged to specify their preferred form of shipment when placing their order. Any expedited shipments must be placed by 4:30pm CST Monday-Friday.
In order to ensure timely delivery of your order, we strongly recommend verifying all shipping information at the time of purchase. Please note that House of SDK cannot be held responsible for any errors made in customer-entered shipping information.
Once your order has been passed on to the selected shipping carrier, House of SDK cannot be held responsible for any delays due to weather, acts of God, or technical difficulties experienced by the carrier.
Please be advised that shipping charges are non-refundable, and remain the responsibility of the customer.
