Shipping and handling

House of SDK values the satisfaction of our customers and strives to ensure a smooth and reliable shipping process for all orders. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs, and are encouraged to specify their preferred form of shipment when placing their order.

In order to ensure timely delivery of your order, we strongly recommend verifying all shipping information at the time of purchase. Please note that House of SDK cannot be held responsible for any errors made in customer-entered shipping information.

Once your order has been passed on to the selected shipping carrier, House of SDK cannot be held responsible for any delays due to weather, acts of God, or technical difficulties experienced by the carrier.

Please be advised that shipping charges are non-refundable, and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Fees:
In the rare case that a refund is approved, shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

DELIVERY
Shipping charges depend on the weight of the item and the delivery location, and estimates will be communicated with the client closer to the dispatch date. Products will be shipped FOB (Free on Board), meaning the risk of loss and title of products will pass to the client upon delivery to the designated carrier. Actual courier costs are subject to change at the discretion of the third-party courier. Products are delivered internationally via DHL and within Pakistan via TCS. All related duties and taxes will be borne by the client. When an order is dispatched, we will send the client details for order tracking.
